The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) is the qualifying body for company secretaries and administrators and a leading authority on corporate governance.
In today’s business environment, the company secretary’s expertise in law, corporate social responsibility and corporate governance is becoming an increasingly valuable commodity. 52,000 ICSA members and candidates in over 70 countries have chosen to seek qualification as a Chartered Secretary.
Why become a Chartered Secretary?

Am I eligible?
Fully qualified members of ICAEW, ICAS, ICAI, ACCA, CIMA and CIPFA are eligible to progress straight onto Part II of the Professional Programme of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators’ International Qualifying Scheme. The following modules will need to be completed in order to qualify as a Chartered Secretary:
- Corporate Law
- Corporate Governance
- Corporate Administration
- Corporate Secretaryship
You will need to send us a certified copy of your qualification certificate with your application.
