Carl has 13 years experience in the offshore investment industry. Having gained his COFA, IMC and studying towards his CAIA designation, he progressed his careeer with some of the major names in Jersey. Starting in investment administration to cut his teeth, he has worked in investment management, run a fund of funds product and also supervised a team of talented individuals for a Swiss Family office, dealing with fund administration, private client investment advice and treasury services.

Carl is extremely good and breaking down the often unfathomable ( to the investment/fund novices amongst us) into easily digestable golden snippets of knowledge. He remembers the days when he was struggling through his studies and promises to go gentle on his students!! Extremely approachable and friendly we welcome Carl to the team and hope we can continue to build a strong Investment tutor team into 2009.

 

Spare Time Interests

Carls lovely 11 year old daughter takes up most of his spare time, but when he get isn't holding her shopping bags, he likes to tinker about with classic cars ( currently a 1963 Cooper S) and Lambrettas .... way to go Carl..
