Our service includes:

• Liaison with approved, trusted contractors to arrange all property repairs and maintenance

• A dedicated and contactable Property Manager for day-to-day support

• Ongoing communication and instruction with clients regarding all property matters

• Rent collection, distribution, and arrears management

• Detailed monthly statements of income and expenditure

• Payment of supplier invoices and maintenance costs on behalf of clients

• Regular property inspections (at least annually, or more frequently on request)

• Compliance with non-resident tax deduction requirements, where applicable

• Organisation of building insurance, including quotation sourcing and review

• Arrangement and payment of parish rates

• Management of tenancy deposits in accordance with statutory requirements via MyDeposits Jersey

• Full inventory and condition reporting at tenancy commencement and termination

• Tenant liaison, including rent reviews and lease renewals

• Proactive re-marketing of properties ahead of lease expiry, where appropriate, to minimise void periods

• Full compliance with the Rented Dwellings Licensing Law

• Instruction of legal enforcement for recovery of outstanding tenant monies where required
